Thank you for shopping with Enigma Pickleball! We want your shopping experience to be smooth and hassle-free. Below are the details regarding our shipping policy:
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the U.S. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Free shipping promotions may apply periodically, and those details will be noted on our website.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please stay tuned for updates!
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order on the shipping carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Enigma Pickleball paddle, our return and exchange policy makes it easy to return or exchange it:
- Returns: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original condition (including packaging) to be eligible for a return.
- Exchanges: If you'd prefer to exchange your paddle for a different model, size, or color, simply return the item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or used items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions regarding specific items.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@enigmapickleball.com. We'll guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if needed.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@enigmapickleball.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or processing a full refund.
